I am a queer Chicago-based psychotherapist who has been working with children, adolescents and adults since 1999. My clinical background includes providing individual, couples and group therapy related to anxiety, stress management, trauma, depression, personality disorders, adjustment difficulties, coping skills development and anger management.

In addition to over 20 years of experience, I am also a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (specializing in Complex Trauma), a Reiki Master Teacher (Usui/Holy Fire III), Hypnotherapist trained in Heart-Centered Hypnotherapy and Attachment-Focused EMDR clinician.

I believe self-sufficiency is essential to growth, and attempt to facilitate change by encouraging each client to become an advocate for her/him/themself. I work with clients to discover a variety of appropriate and healthy coping mechanisms to utilize as they navigate through life’s daily stresses.

As a dedicated social worker and clinician, I offer each client a safe and non-judgemental environment in which to develop a trusting and respectful therapeutic relationship. In addition to talk therapy and psychoeducation, I use a variety of therapeutic modalities including EMDR, CBT, Guided Meditation, Mindfulness, Breathwork, Hypnotherapy and Reiki.
